Data Deletion Request

Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We will process your request within 30 days.

Before you request deletion

  • You can also delete your account directly in the TrustTown app via Settings → Delete Account.
  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your bookings, reviews, and profile data will be removed.
  • KYC documents are retained for 5 years as required by Indian regulations. Booking records are retained for 7 years for compliance.
  • Pending payouts (for Providers) will be processed before account closure.
